Highest-level security measures

Our own date centers located at the buildings resistant to major earthquakes of Hanshin Awaji Great Earthquake class and equipped with emergency generator, UPS, the most advanced air conditioning system of N+1 configuration,ultra-sensitive smoke sensing sensor, gas fire extinguisher.
We introduced systems such as entrance / exit hall control for 24×7, surveillance camera monitoring, biometric authentication, contactless IC card etc, realizing both ease of use and security.

Top-level earthquake-resistant performance that withstands mega earthquakes (magnitude 7)

Mitsubishi Estate's buildings in the Yurakucho Otemachi Marunouchi AREA, where Marunouchi Direct Access's data center is located, boast an excellent earthquake-resistant performance that meets, or even surpasses, the new earthquake-resistance standards stipulated by the Building Standards Act. The same applies for the Estate's other buildings in the area that were built according to the previous earthquake-resistance standards.
Furthermore, the super-high skyscrapers from Marunouchi Building onward are approximately 1.5 times more earthquake-resistant than regular super-high skyscrapers as they are built to Mitsubishi Estate's own earthquake-resistance standards, which were designed jointly with Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei. These standards are so much more demanding than the Building Standards Act that the buildings will remain standing even if hit by a super mega earthquake with the same magnitude (magnitude 7) as the Great Hanshin Earthquake.
